mint knit jogging bottoms

Hat - H&M, Top - Charity Shop, Belt - Primark, Knit Trousers - H&M, Boots - Aggy X Dr. Martens

I think this outfit is another one of those love it or hate it cases. I’m not sure that everyone will think maroon & mint is a match made in heaven. To be honest, neither did I. I got the top out thinking why am I even trying this with these trousers, it’s going to be terrible, but it kind of grew on me. I get so sick of wearing dark bottoms all the time so mint green joggers definitely mix things up a bit! I know it’s more flattering to wear a dark bottom half but I'm a little biased towards these babes. They were my bargain of the month & I'm a sucker for H&M anyway. They’re so comfy, which means I don’t have to have that if-I-don’t-take-these-trousers-off-soon-I-will-loose-all-blood-circulation-to-my-feet moment.

The top I’m wearing is one of my old charity shop purchases. I kind of fell out of love with charity shop spending but this little gem makes me think I need to get back in to it. Sometimes charity shops come up with tonnes of goods & other times they just leave me reaching for my hand sanitizer! Maybe if I get back to it I’ll do a charity shop haul.. I love looking at all the quirky bits & bobs that other people find in them!

  5. Your face is flawless Lydia. I love how high-waisted those joggers are and they look completely comfortable. I must admit I didn't think maroon velvet and mint joggers would work, but you pull it off! I don't know how but it works wonderfully! I'm a little jealous you have snow still. It's all melted on the South Coast :(
