I have other shoes..honest

Image
Cardigan-Charity shop, Top-H&M, Shorts-Charity shop&DIY, Belt-Primark, Socks-Primark, Burgundy boots-Primark, Creepers-Ebay Pretty boring outfit post, wore this to go shopping with my mamma. Shorts are another pair of summer charity shop DIY's, I definitely went for the Erika Bowes style. Google her, you'll know what I mean. I did try this on with the Primark boots, an absolute steal, but did (not surprisingly) go for the creepers for pure comfort! Sorry these outfits have been a little 'samey', I'm currently at home from uni with a very small selection, in reality I do have a stupid amount of unworn clothes. Ebay is becoming my best friend for selling, even though my only profit as of yet is £1. Not quite the next Alan Sugar.  x

What I'd be wearing if it wasn't so cold

Image
Hat-Primark, Bralet-H&M, Crochet cardigan-Charity shop, Leggings-Primark, Ankle Socks-Brothers, Creepers-Ebay Creepers styling up of the day..ft. skinny ankles Wish I could dress like this everyday, but in reality, a big oversized jumper and scarf are much more practical. I got the little top the other day and I'm thinking of wearing it on a night out, as it's a little too revealing in the cleavage department for uni! H&M is literally my go-to shop at the minute, their winter stuff is so sweet, but grungy, got my eye on a glittery jumper which would look good with the leggings I bought from Zara today (a case of small amount of money burning a hole in my pocket..).  P.S sorry for the messy hair, I need to make brushing it a priority.  x

Me in the creepers again, sorry I love them too much! Jacket type thing-TJ Hughes, Dress- Charity shop, Converse (Mixing it up a tad!) This jacket is my all time lover. I constantly wear it for a bit of extra warmth, it goes with everything and it's like chilling in pyjamas. I found it in the men's section of TJ Hughes for £3! Even better than my charity shop goodies.. Fear not, I am still wearing a charity shop item (naturally). The dress was a evening gown I cut down and re-hemmed pretty badly, but its kind of cute. I did plan to wear converse, but once again reverted to the beloved creepers. I'm actually quite into waltzing around thinking I'm the British version of Julia Styles in 10 Things I Hate About You. Cringe.. x

Ever faithful to shorts

Image
All charity shop mamma jeans funked up a bit.. My faves from the many (I have around 30 pairs of shorts..crap) steals I got from good old charity shops and cut up this summer. I was in need of a hobby, and sitting in the sun getting crafty definitely passed the time. As you can see my ability to cut a straight line/make each is leg the same length is debatable. But hey ho.  I don't think I'd be able to bring myself to spend the usual £20-£40 mark for a pair of 'vintage' shorts I can find in Oxfam. Well..unless I suddenly come into a large sum of money.  x

Out

Image
Dress-H&M, Shoes-Primark, Rings etc-H&M What I wore on the latest girls night out, hence tispy-ish looking pictures. In LOVE with this dress, a complete bargain at only a tenner. I'm a body-con kind of girl when I go out, all for a bit of glamour. This dress has the perfect combination of edgy and feminine, even if I did feel a little halloweeny! H&M you are a babe.  x

Shoe Faves for Winter

Image
Blue hiking boots-Charity shop, Creepers-Ebay, Heeled boots-Primark, Suede heeled brogues-Primark, Velvet creepers-Topshop, Patent black brogues-Primark The shoes I'll be wearing throughout this winter, all bought within the last few months, oh crap. However, only both pairs of creepers cost more than £20 quid, and they were purchased with the birthday pennies..justifying myself slightly. Most likely I'll be wearing these with frilly socks of some description, extra warmth and my allowance of sheer cutesyness in an outfit!  I'm also thinking of painting the heel of the suede brogues black, definitely in need of a new D.I.Y project. x

Crochet Cardigan

Image
Cardigan-Charity Shop, Lace bra type thing-Charity Shop, Belt-Primark, Shorts-Charity Shop, Creepers-Ebay Another outfit, again awful photography, but while I'm at uni I struggle to find people to take pictures of me without feeling like an absolute tit! Think most of my outfits are going to be including the creepers for a while, I can't take the off, and I'm a sucker for finding the perfect combination and being unable to stop wearing it.  Excluding my babies (creepers) and the belt this outfit is all charity shop finds, get me being thrifty! The shorts I made from some mom style jeans, they go with everything. Just shows you with minimal effort and the avoidance of Topshop prices you can still find something cute. x

Blue Velvet

Image
Dress-Charity shop, Belt-Primark, Hat-Primark, Creepers-Ebay Please tolerate my tragic posing of an outfit/me in this I'm afraid..apologies! Found the dressy type thing in a charity shop. Can't stop buying velvet at the minute, but it looks cute for winter I suppose. Kinda get the idea..creepers are my new fave for extra leg length! x

Ebay Creepers

Image
Been looking for some creepers for a while now, and finally went for these babies I found on Ebay for £35 inc. postage and packaging. They're a bit different to the other styles I've seen, which I kind of like. The studs make them look slightly less like geeky school shoes too. Also decided to be brave and go for the double sole, which works well with my distinct lack in height! Really am in love with these, even though my house mates think I have gone mad and become a goth. What can I say..the only thing is after finding these for such a good price I'm tempted to get a white pair. Must think of the bills. x

New to blogging..Hey

Thought I'd start a bit of a blog type of thing, think its about time I had a hobby of the more 'productive' variety.  Not really much to know about me, except I'm a avid follower or beauty and fashion blogs alike. In my second year of a English language degree, and seriously in need of somewhere to express a bit of creativity, as cliché as that sounds. Please excuse my bad photography and poor camera quality!  Anyway, on with more distractions from work!
