SHEER JACKET

Image
Jacket - c/o Koko Couture , Choker - Topshop, Bug Necklace - c/o Elkin , Crop Top - Primark, Jeans - Primark, Boots - c/o Deichmann , Bag - c/o Paul's Boutique I've been meaning to show you this jacket for a while. It's kind of MJ 80s outfit meets 2014.. but I'm completely into that. It's shere,  swishy and white, one of my favourites after black. Plus it's that kind of jacket that constitutes as a top. It's not too thic to be wearing indoors and that sheer material just makes it feel like a fancy shirt.  Just about everything else I'm wearing is stuff you'll have probably seen before. I buy too many clothes yet I'm forever wearing the same few things.. logic. The only newbie is the bag. Can you believe it's from Paul's Boutique?! They've got some really lovely styles in for A/W. I'm loving this one's boxy shape.. Perfect for fitting in my iPad and all the other Mary Poppin esq. essentials I lug around with me.  ...

INSTAGRAM OUTFIT: DUSTER COAT

Image
Coat - Primark, T-Shirt - Primark, Jeans - Missguided, Bag - c/o Paul's Boutique , Boots - Forever 21 A lot of the time, the outfits I post on Instagram are my favourites. I don't always have time to lug out the DSLR & the tripod.. It is so much easier to just get my mum to take a few snaps before I pop out. There's no faffing to get the right background and lighting, plus there's no time for me to focus too much on what my face is doing. My mum definitely hasn't got the patience for me moaning about my Chandler Bing smile on the billionth picture. I thought I might just post these from time to time, when I've got something worth raving about. My something worth raving about today is the coat. Can you believe it's from Primark?! I've had my eye on some similar ones from Topshop & the like but they're way out of my price range. It's definitely a bit like a lab coat but I still love it.. Especially for this awkward time of year ...

lazy outfit on a pretty day out

Hat - c/o Shade London , Dress - Market (lol so chic), Hoody - Missguided, Leather Jacket - Topshop, Boots - Dr. Martens, Bag - c/o Paul's Boutique Bit of an impromptu outfit post here. I’d been for a little trip out with my ma & pa and had taken my camera with me. What I wasn’t aware of was that they would suddenly become photographer and creative director respectively. I really wish you could have seen my pop scouting ‘potential shots’.. I’m not sure what came over him but it was pretty funny. As a result, I'm a bit awkward looking, my skirt is creased & my outfit isn’t all that exciting, but I didn’t want to waste such a pretty background (I guess my pa is alright at spying the a good setting..). I thought it might be cool to show you what I wear on a lazy day too.. comfort always wins. I promise I don’t wear that ridiculously tight Primark belt every day! Ha.  I'm writing this post up after graduating this morning, so as you can im...

studded pencil skirt & across body bag

Sunglasses - H&M, Choker - DIY, Top - H&M, Skirt - c/o Poppy Lux , Bag - c/o Paul's Boutique , Creepers - Ebay It’s becoming a bit of a habit that I come here blogging in order to escape the dissertation, sweet treats to hand. Blogging definitely is where I step back into the reality that I actually enjoy, talking about clothes & showing you guys what I’ve been wearing, opposed to the one I currently live in that revolves around English Language. BOO! I’m so happy that I’ve actually managed to wear an outfit fit for the season & not be freezing my bits & bobs off. Pencil skirts are the perfect length for me at the minute. They aren’t suffocating like tights, yet they don’t leave you feeling like a dope for exposing too much leg in the not so warm weather. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're that girl that everyone's looking at thinking 'it isn't that warm love!'. Ha.  What do you think of this Paul’s...
