I love that little victorious moment when something super cheap turns out to be really nice. So often it’s the opposite, but with this Boohoo dress I wasn’t let down. It’s not like it’s mega fancy material, but it’s simple and a flattering fit. There’s just something nice about swooshing about in anything with a thigh split! Angelina Jolie I ain’t.

The boots and sunglasses I’m wearing with this are the ones I’ve worn religiously over summer. I love me a good pointy boot, and I can’t cope without bug shaped gigs. My only holiday purchase was actually another pair of Céline sunglasses at duty free. It’s a brand that us Sheffield folk can only really get online, so I thought I might as well go for it. I know I get my wear out of sunnies, so I’m happy to justify spending a little more.

BOOHOO BLOGGER SHOOT: BEHIND THE SCENES

This is sort of blog post where I could go on & on about everything and bore you all to death.. so if I do, I apologise. I will try to keep it short and sweet. Last week, I tripped off to Manchester for a day of girly events thanks to the lovelies at Boohoo . Our arrival was greeted with waffles.. as food is the way to my heart I was a very happy bunny. The rest of the day was all things glam.. make up, hair & lots of dressing up. After a busy Christmas interning & working, it was so nice to have a day filled with nice things. I don't have the time to get dolled up as much, so being pampered was much appreciated. The day was extra special as I got to meet the three gorgeous ladies above.. aren't they purrrdy?! It's always nice to meet people who 'get' blogging.. nobody minds if you sit there tweeting your every move & refuse to eat your food without taking a picture of it first.
