There's something about faux fur that does that to you don't you think? I guess there's just something glamorous about a fluffy coat like this. I'm sashaying around like some fancy pants super star in NY when I'm actually a tea drinking, stay in for X Factor and pizza sort of girl. Ow pook.  Anyway, I'm dressed up for some sort of festive shindig inspo. I've got a couple of wintery dos coming up so I thought I'd get my glam on.. I'm a girl who likes to plan. Other than the coat it's kind of simple.. just a cute little bralet and my much loved wide leg trousers. Oh and heels. Hat - Boohoo, Fur Gilet - Boohoo, T-Shirt - c/o LNA Clothing , Flares - H&M,  I think flares are kind of big right now, don't you? I've seen loads of people wearing them recently and I'm obsessed. They're just good with lazy tees like this one and make a nice change from skinnies. This pair I've had lurking in my wardrobe for a good couple of years.. I tend to fetch them out in the winter as they need leggings or tights under them (they're lace.. ain't no way I'm flashing that much leg!). Still thinking I need a denim pair.. Trying to justify it by telling myself I'd wear them a lot.  Other than that I'm wearing a lot of favourites that you've probably seen before. I'm loving getting back to all these A/W favourites - the gilet and hat I both had last winter.. Sure I'll still wear them to death this season. I think this is my one of my most loved months.. My birthday is coming up, Halloween, it's officially autumn...

Scarf - Zara, T-Shirt - H&M, Ring - H&M With full blown Autumn just around the corner I'm raking out all my winter warmers from the depths of my wardrobe. As much as I hate winter (it's only allowed to snow on my days off okay?!), I do love all the snuggly essentials that come with A/W fashion. Gloves, chunky knit hats & big fluffy scarves like this one.. Yes please! This furry thaaang is my number one favourite for the nippy season. It's already a year old but it's one of those things that I know I'll have for yonks.. Faux fur around this time of year is one of those things that I don't think will ever get old. Plus whenever I wear anything like this I feel like a fancy, winter wonderland princess. Last year I wore it like collar, but this year I think I'll be wrapping myself up in it like this..
