Choker - DIY, Dress - Primark, Top - Primark, Bag - c/o La Moda, Boots - Aggy X Dr Martens, Ring - c/o John Greed Jewellery
I try to stop myself from buying too many ‘little bits’ from
Primark. You know, that £5 top that you really don’t need. I’m trying to be
much more of a quality over quantity kind of girl these days.. Buying one
slightly more expensive treat rather than lots of other little things. Evidently, I’ve failed at sticking to that. Sometimes though, Primark does
come up with wardrobe staples that are too good to leave behind. Finding
something that wouldn’t look out of place in Topshop is a mini achievement don’t you think?!
As it’s such a cutesy dress (I probably had something similar in my
wardrobe when I was about three), I popped it with my big, clumpy Docs to avoid
looking like a toddler. I haven’t worn them in ages despite loving them
dearly.. They’re so heavy that it has to be a day when I feel my pins can hack
lugging them around! It’s tradition now for me to annually add a pair of Docs
to my life. I’m thinking the classic black leather ones may be a sensible
option?

This is gorgeous, I really love the button details! And I say GO FOR IT on the Docs front - I'd either go for some of the velvet look ones or the classic blacks. xo

That is a fantastic colour on you - I do love a good red lipstick & it looks amazing with that dress. I would however look like a toddler due to height, but it looks amazing. Good find, well done primark! x
